ENTRY LEVEL POSITION, IDEAL FOR RECENT GRADUATES
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
- Accounts payable invoice verification and data entry.
- Handling payments in an organized and timely manner.
- Internal credit card reconciliation when required.
- Assisting in streamlining the accounts payable process.
- Working with account receivable clerk and others to resolve account issues when necessary.
GENERAL ACCOUNTING
- Providing support to the Accounting Department.
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
- Handling communications with customers and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
