The Educational Alliance is Hiring a Talent Management Assistant Near New York, NY

Please Note: This is a temporary, 3-month assignment.

Overview

The Talent Management Assistant will provide support and project management to the Senior Manager, Talent Management in the People and Culture Office. This will assist in staff recruitment, employee learning and development, onboarding and orientation and performance management. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with talent management initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to Sr. Manager.
  • Assist with the logistical planning and facilitation of New Employee Orientation
  • Provide logistic and administrative support to Employee Handbook Taskforce
  • Collect and prepare data from talent management initiatives for Sr. Manager analysis.
  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.
  • Provide support to talent management projects including but not limited to succession planning, DEI initiatives, and leadership development programs.
  • Assist with learning and development initiatives including in person/virtual training and workshops, ADP learning, and additional educational resources.
  • Provide support to People and Culture Office as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Human Resources.
  • 1-3 years of HR experience.
