Qualifications: A successful talentmanagement Intern will be proactive and self-motivated, with excellentlistening, verbal, and written communication skills. This positionrequires a high degree of organization, creativity, and a positive clientservice attitude. Must have an ability to work independently as well as in acollaborative/team environment. Ability to multi-task in a matrixenvironment, set priorities, problem solve and maintains confidentiality. Musthave knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Pursuinga four-year or advanced degree in the Human Resources or IndustrialOrganizational field. Knowledge of Cornerstone and PowerBI platform a plus.

The hourly rate for this position is estimated to be $18.00 - $25.00.
