Planned Parenthood Southeastern Pennsylvania is the local affiliate of the country's leading sexual and reproductive health care advocate and provider. Planned Parenthood Southeastern Pennsylvania operates 10 health centers throughout Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties. The position of Director of Human Resources is a full-time, 35 hour/week, benefits-eligible, exempt, hybrid position working both from 1144 Locust St. in Philadelphia and remotely. The salary range for this position is $112,000 to $120,000 and dependent upon experience and training. The Director of Human Resources is responsible to lead, plan and manage systems, processes, and resources to effectively attract, hire, retain, manage, motivate and develop people; lead and direct overall functions of the Human Resources Department, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and evaluation systems, HR policies and procedures, employee relations, and benefit selection and administration.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Master's degree preferred with at least five years of human resources management experience required; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP required. Experience with Human Resources Department design and restructure is a plus. Must have mastery of local, state, and federal employment laws; benefits packages; and HRIS programs. Also necessary are ability to maintain a customer-centric service approach, strong attention to detail and follow-up with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, highly developed interpersonal skills, excellent organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, strong program and project management skills, and strong time-management, and problem-solving skills. Successful candidate must be self-motivated and able to work independently with ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external partners; be proficient in use of Microsoft Office 365 Software; be able to travel throughout the four-country service area, and possess a demonstrated dedication to Planned Parenthood's mission, vision and values.
