Job Purpose
The Administrative Assistant to Outpatient Services is responsible for clerical and administrative duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Outpatient Services, Director of Outpatient Therapy, or the Director of Outpatient Clinics. This role performs a range of duties to provide administrative support to departments under outpatient services. The administrative assistant should have superb organization and time management skills. Must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to assigned Outpatient Services Departments including but not limited to managing calendars, emails, meetings and other various tasks.

Office duties – answer phones, order office supplies, managing mail and incoming communications, and other duties asked of an assistant.

Qualifications
Education:
High School graduate or GED
Experience:
Previous administrative assistant experience preferred, Proficiency in computer skills and other administrative functions. (i.e., copying, scanning, etc.). Basic medical terminology preferred with strong organizational skills, efficient time-management, and professional phone skills. Effective team player, adaptable to new tasks and challenges.
