JOB TYPE: Licensed Full-time Social worker

LOCATION: Baltimore, Maryland

SCHEDULE: Hybrid - 3 days remote, 2 days in office

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work
• Maryland LBSW or LMSW licensure
• Experience working with families in social services context
• Valid driver's license with properly registered and insured vehicle
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Maintain a caseload of 10 children and families as assigned by the Program Coordinator

2. Meet with each child according to contract standards (must meet at least twice a month, including one visit within the resource parents’ home if the child is in placement or according to aftercare standards, if applicable)

3. Meet with resource parents at least once a month, ensuring compliance with state and contract regulations as well as providing support in meeting case planning goals

4. Meet with birth parents at least once a month (based on their schedule) and provide assistance, referrals and support in meeting case planning goals

5. Maintain accurate, detailed and current case records on each client, prepare quarterly reports and document case sessions
