BEVERAGE MANAGER
The Butcher’s Daughter is a busy, fast paced and vibrant vegetarian restaurant. We are home to locals, and a destination to travelers – and strive to create an environment & lifestyle that is welcoming to all. We are looking for a Beverage Manager to join the team at our Venice location, who is enthusiastic about the restaurant industry, and passionate about curation of beverage programs, loves people, and is excited to be a part of our team. You must understand full restaruant operations and standards, adhering to budgets, hiring and training food and beverage staff, and handling customer complaints.
To be a successful food and beverage manager, you should have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with designing menus, managing costs, and training staff.
