A person's home is often times their single biggest asset. We know we "Just do Gutters", but it still matters to the home owner. Understanding this need, and being able to empathize with our customers is paramount.

As an Outside Sales Representative, which we refer to as a "Solutionist", you will be tasked with driving business through inbound leads as well as your own lead generation. Consistent follow up and great social skills are a must.

In addition to the sales role, this position may/will be asked to update sales tracking data, generating customer reviews & help run marketing initiatives. The role also involves coordination with our Field Operations Manager around job scheduling & inventory planning.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older
• Must have a valid drivers license and functioning vehicle
• Must have knowledge of, or desire to learn about home services
• Previous sales experience is preferred

Compensation: $500/wk 5%-6% commission on jobs sold

• First year earnings of $75,000
• Second year earnings of $100,000

Expectations:

• Sales targets of $50,000 a month on average sale of $2,000
• We provide leads, but you must self generate 1/3rd of them at a minimum
• Occasional weekends for trade shows
• This is not an hourly job and is based on performance
