Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to various departments within the company and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations. Responsibilities: - Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and mailing - Type and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence - Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for management - Assist with event planning and coordination - Provide customer service and support to clients - Enter orders into the system accurately and efficiently - Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible - Transcribe meeting minutes and other important information Skills: - Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional customer service practices - Experience with order entry systems is a plus - Familiarity with dental office procedures is an asset This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
