RESPONSIBILITIES:

At PGI, the Commercial Lines administrative assistant will support the department by performing a variety of administrative tasks, data entry, including assistance with special projects as needed. A team player who responds to tasks, requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

• Accurately input data and document a variety of commercial policy correspondences.
• Maintain and process carrier reports daily.
• Retrieve various documents when needed from insurance carrier portals.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed and assigned.
