Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in representing and promoting our premium Delta 8 cannabinoid products. Your mission will be to achieve regional sales goals and execute our regional sales plan, expanding our presence in the market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve regional sales goals and execute the regional sales plan.
  • Develop new wholesaler resources and establish relationships with chain stores and retailers in the region and neighboring areas.
  • Promote our products at local distribution points and wholesalers' locations.
  • Conduct store visits throughout the day to drive awareness and sales of our products.
  • Provide product samples to potential clients and customers, effectively communicating the key selling points.
  • Build trust and rapport with potential clients and customers, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Collect and analyze purchase, sales, and inventory data from wholesalers and chain stores.
  • Implement regional marketing initiatives to enhance brand reputation and awareness by optimizing brand displays in retail stores.


Job Requirements:

  • Background and interest in the Cannabis industry is a significant advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a preference for candidates who have experience in the cannabis or nicotine industry.
  • Strong market insight, product perception, and data collection abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong desire for personal and professional growth.
  • Recognition of the value and image of our brand.
  • A Bachelor's degree would be a plus.
  • Reliable transportation.
