We are looking for a seasoned Chef with a strong background in management and team building for a small upscale restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and focus on operating within cost-of-goods-sold parameters
• Hiring, scheduling of your team
• Seasonal menu creation and development that is local-focused
• Responsible for management of upkeep of equipment, cleanliness, and staff tasks/duties
• Provide a positive working environment with clear communication

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or more in Culinary Arts
• 5 years of kitchen experience in diverse settings including catering and baking
• Proven leadership skills and team building capabilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
