We are looking for an individual to join our team conducting Human Resources support functions for third-party clients, with a primary focus on interviewing and onboarding. This position is in the office full-time during standard business hours, but we are family-friendly and accommodate schedule flexibility when possible.

Job Description:

• Conduct initial hiring tasks for third-party clients nationwide, including managing job postings, reviewing applicant resumes, conducting initial phone screening interviews, and providing screening summaries
• Initiate onboarding tasks for new employees for third-party multi-state clients
• Support client relationships
• Assist with new client implementations into HRIS systems, such as BambooHR and APS
• Assist with payroll processing for third-party clients
• Solve problems through research and collaboration with experienced HR consultants

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Exceptional time management ability, including balancing competing tasks and priorities
• Efficiency in completing administrative tasks
• Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Flexible, proactive nature
• Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines
• Ability to rapidly learn new computer programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word

Additional Qualifications for Consideration:

• Bachelor’s degree related to human resources, business management, or related field
• Experience conducting Human Resources functions, such as interviewing, ensuring employee information confidentiality, and onboarding
• Familiarity with BambooHR, APS, and/or other HRIS software platforms
• Experience working with residential service providers, such as HVAC, Plumbers, and Electricians

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
