The Baltimore Sun is hiring a Human Resource Business Partner.
This role will be responsible for providing guidance and solutions to the Chief Editor and Publisher and his managers on people related matters. Additionally, the Human Resource Generalist/ Business Partner plays a critical role in driving a people strategy aligned with the Baltimore Sun’s business objectives, mission and values.
The primary responsibilities include coaching and guiding managers and employees on talent management, employee and labor relations, compensation, performance, team effectiveness, learning and development, and other related initiatives.
