You will be acting as the sole HR provider and manager for Front Desk Administrator for this busy office of Engineers and Economists. Responsibilities
· Manage Talent Acquisition efforts for employees and interns
· Implement Strategic Planning goals as directed by the Partners and Directors
· Manage day-to-day activities of Administrative Assistant that supports all levels of our Team
· Develop and deliver Trainings as requested
· Coordinate onboarding of new hires and interns
· Serve as liaison to Benefits vendor for enrollment and questions from staff
· Coordinate 401K and Financial advisory activity
· Follow existing protocol for Employee Relations issues. Advise for attorney involvement
· Keep Employee Handbook updated
· Support Supervisors through all aspects of Performance Management
To be successful in this position you will ideally have:
· Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field
· 7-10 years’ experience with increasing levels of responsibility
· SHRM certification a plus (not required)
· Skilled in with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint (Certification preferred)
