You will be acting as the sole HR provider and manager for Front Desk Administrator for this busy office of Engineers and Economists. You will work alongside professionals recognized by their peers as best in class with access to great benefits, in an environment that values creativity, and a work experience that is both challenging and rewarding.

Responsibilities

· Manage Talent Acquisition efforts for employees and interns

· Implement Strategic Planning goals as directed by the Partners and Directors

· Manage day-to-day activities of Administrative Assistant that supports all levels of our Team

· Develop and deliver Trainings as requested

· Coordinate onboarding of new hires and interns

· Serve as liaison to Benefits vendor for enrollment and questions from staff

· Coordinate 401K and Financial advisory activity

· Follow existing protocol for Employee Relations issues. Advise for attorney involvement

· Keep Employee Handbook updated

· Support Supervisors through all aspects of Performance Management

To be successful in this position you will ideally have:

· Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field

· 7-10 years’ experience with increasing levels of responsibility

· SHRM certification a plus (not required)

· Skilled in with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint (Certification preferred)

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
