Requirements:
· Possess or obtain and maintain a Michigan Property/Casualty producer license prior to hire.
· Obtain a Michigan Life-Health insurance license within one year of hire.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products – Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Responsibilities:
· Incoming and out-going phone calls to existing clients and provide them with information about our product offerings.
· Become proficient with agency operating systems, core values, and advising prospects on the services we provide. Up-sell to current client base as well as bring in personally produced prospects.
· Correspond with clients, home office sales agents, team members, underwriters, adjusters and the public in a professional, competent manner consistent with our core values
· Engage in achieving agency team goals for revenue, process improvement and community involvement.
· Set and obtain sales goals aligned with company productivity standards.
· Produce product quotes based on client needs.
· Compile data for and conduct client policy reviews.
· Desire to grow business through various methods such as social media, involvement in community organizations, social and networking event participation and establishing a populace of referral partners.
· Continuous growth and improvement in the areas of sales and service for a given segment of clients and prospects.
