```Job Overview:``` We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. ```Responsibilities:``` - Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Manage office schedules and coordinate appointments - Oversee filing systems and ensure documents are properly organized - Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software - Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Assist with HR tasks such as employee onboarding and maintaining personnel records - Provide general administrative support to staff as needed ```Requirements:``` - Proven experience in office management or a similar role - Proficient in using QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Knowledge of medical office management is a plus - Experience in vendor management is preferred - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Proficient in schedule management and coordinating appointments - Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills - Familiarity with clerical duties and office procedures If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills, we would love to hear from you.
