PJI Law, PLC is Hiring an Office Manager Near Richmond, VA

PJI Law, PLC, a boutique, busy, and fast-growing Virginia law firm, has a new full-time opportunity for an Office Manager for its new Richmond location. Our firm has recently expanded into the Richmond market in order to build on its success in its northern Virginia headquarters, and this Office Manager position is ideal for a go-getter with a strong work ethic, and with a desire to be part of our Richmond success story!

Our firm exists to help those who wish to obtain legal protection and security for their families, sometimes in the wake of a personal, professional, or financial loss, and this position is crucial in allowing us to effectively help such clients.

As Office Manager, you would:

  • Ensure high quality operations of the Richmond office, to include a well-coordinated and welcoming front office, prompt and accurate mail processing and paper filing, reliable inventory of office supplies, and all other normal day-to-day functions of the office.
  • Manage all aspects of the office’s building and of vendor relationships, to include maintenance, security, IT, furnishings, cleaning, local/property taxes, and the relationship with the office condo association, neighbors, and any tenants.
  • Manage and supervise certain team members in a manner consistent with the firm’s vision, mission, and values, to include ongoing training, evaluation, development, motivation, and discipline.
  • Identify and engage in efforts to continually improve the office’s culture, engagement, and retention by achieving team satisfaction goals.
  • Develop, implement and maintain applicable policies and procedures.
  • Support and serve as backup for other positions in the firm as necessary.

This position requires a person who is positive, hard-working, flexible, and not afraid to get their hands dirty to get the job done. If you find yourself occasionally not wanting to do certain tasks because they are “below” you, or if you are irritated by the opportunity to help a colleague, then this job is not for you. If, however, you have an “all-in” mentality and wish to work alongside colleagues with similar extraordinary dedication both to each other and to clients, then PJI Law might just be the right home for you.

Our firm is well managed and offers long-term growth opportunities. Our office is a team environment, and you will be working with other friendly, kind, and wonderful members of our team who work hard to get the job done right, who take pride in their work, and who support each other through thick and thin.

In each 2022, 2023 and 2024 we earned the prestigious “Great Place to Work” certification, with an average of 99% of our employees over those three years praising our firm as a great place to work in an anonymous third-party survey. Our approach has allowed us to succeed and build a loyal client base that has sustained our strong growth and has earned us various awards as well as enthusiastic reviews from our clients.
