Job Description
We are seeking a Property Manager to become a part of our team! You will be responsible for the day to day operation of a Multifamily property, as well as be a part of the general decision making team.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing and leasing
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Care for all maintenance needs in a timely fashion.
- Recommend maintenance projects and preventative maintenance ietmes for your property
- Supervise and train property staff
- Enforce property rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or other related fields
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with property management software
- Experience in lease-up projects
