We are seeking a highly organized, great leader and experienced Property Manager to effectively operate the daily operations and management of the 920 portfolio of properties. You will be expected to lead a team of approximately 10 people.

The Property Manager will spearhead the day-to-day operations of the Property Management company, driving excellence in decision-making processes concerning property operations. We are seeking a dynamic leader capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, where making sound decisions is important.

Day to Day Job Duties would include, but not limited to:

• Conducting & overseeing Property Inspections
• Communicating to property owners and making recommendations
• Overseeing Maintenance Department
• Helping project managers make the best decisions when developing their rent ready scope of work's and budgets
• Making sure the Maintenance Department is using the best possible vendors working within the parameters of our vendor packet
• Developing bids and quotes
• Management of people
