We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of 125 town homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property rentals, addressing tenant needs, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of residents.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee all aspects of property management including maintenance, leasing, budgeting, and tenant relations
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed
- Manage lease agreements, rent collection, and tenant communication
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
- Negotiate contracts with vendors for maintenance services and manage vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in property management or related field
- Strong knowledge of property management software such as Yardi or similar platforms
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively
- Proficiency in data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with facilities management practices
- Ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
