Accountant assistant works under the supervision of the financial team and will complete projects as assigned. Maintain contact details regarding invoice, deductions, and payment schedules. Responsible for manage of L/C, purchase order, chargeback. Ensure reporting is in accordance with the terms of each document or invoice.

Excellent in math, verbal communication, writing and organizational skills. Be able to work effectively and ensure follow up project with supervisor. Good benefits & working environment. Position required legal status.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Posting entries in Microsoft Dynamics

Preparing L/C document

Account payable

Preparing and analyzing variances

Requirements/Experience:

Excel proficiency

Accounting experience

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (preferable)

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
