Role and Responsibilities:

• 🗂 Oversee the operations of the Social Services Department, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• 📋 Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement programs.
• 🛠 Manage department budget and staffing, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

Qualifications:

• 🎓 Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) required.

• 💼 At least 2 years of experience in an acute care setting with a strong background in trauma, stroke care, and homelessness case management.
