Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to potential buyers
- Negotiate terms of sale to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the dealership
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor when interacting with customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience -as used car's seller- is preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
