Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to assist in the execution of Federal Government cradle-to-grave contracts, subcontract management, negotiations, and the application of government contracting methods and regulations, including but not limited to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and other agency supplements.

The position will primarily work from home, but will require a commute to our DC office as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate TDI contracts and subcontracts and participate in all aspects of the procurement process for services and products in support of business development, negotiation, and administration of contracts and subcontracts for government and commercial programs.
• Manage and is actively involved in the overall contractual support (reviewing, drafting, issuing, negotiation, and interpretation) of a wide range of contractual documents and agreements (prime contracts, teaming agreements, subcontracts, NDAs, and commercial agreements).
• Provide proposal support – review solicitations, identify risks and provides proposal support regarding contractual aspects of the solicitations.
• Research and interpret government regulations as they apply to TDI's contracts and advise project managers and other company personnel of the contractual obligations, risks, and compliance matters.
• Support project accounting functions regarding maintenance of contract and subcontractor files.
• Support ISO 9001/20000/27000 annual requirements as required.
• Prepare and submit deliverables to contracting offices, customers, and vendor partners as necessary and appropriate.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contracting office staff and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in special projects as required, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and eight (8) years of Federal government contracting experience
• Must have experience in contract and subcontract negotiations
• Experience writing and reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and Teaming Agreements (TA)
• Experience managing different types of contracts (i.e. Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time and Materials (T&M), Cost-Plus, etc.)
• In depth knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and Supplements (FAR/DFAR)
