As an Assistant Community Manager, you help the Community Manager oversee the operations of a multimillion dollar, multifamily apartment home community.

The Problem Solver

• Able to shift gears quickly and often; one minute youre billing and filing, and the next youre fielding a call about excessive noise or a leak in an apartment

• Give residents what they want whenever possible, but understand that rules are made for a reason and feel comfortable laying down the law when necessary
