We have a great opportunity available for an entry-level Sourcer/Jr. Recruiter at our Greensboro, NC location.
In this role, you will be directly responsible for sourcing applicants, maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates and partnering with managers at branch locations for their recruiting needs.
Primary responsibilities will include assisting managers with the hiring process by conducting initial phone screens, scheduling in-person interviews with managers, conducting reference checks, posting / updating online job ads and run reports. There may be other duties assigned as the needs arise.
