**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, managing the kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food production. **Responsibilities:** - Lead and direct the kitchen team in food preparation, cooking, and presentation - Develop and create new menu items in line with culinary trends and customer preferences - Manage inventory levels and control food costs - Supervise kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment - Collaborate with management on budgeting and financial goals **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant - Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and food service management - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team - Proficient in inventory control, menu planning, and cost management - Understanding of kitchen health and safety guidelines - Degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field is a plus If you are a passionate chef with exceptional culinary skills and leadership abilities, we invite you to apply for the Head Chef position.
