Job Summary
- Assists the Manager, Social Services with the day to day operations, planning, organizing and managing of resources provided to the Social Work functions of the Hospital. Ensures the efficient delivery of services including the assessment of staffing levels and the appropriateness of the orientation and training of the staff. Consistently provides supervisory leadership and consultation leadership to supervised staff.
Education
- Masters Degree : in Social Work (Required)
Licenses and Certifications
- SW-LIC - PA Social Worker License (Preferred)
Experience
- 3 Years experience in social work in an acute care hospital setting (Required)
- 1 Year experience with direct supervision of Social Work staff (Preferred)
