Director of Social Services needed at a skilled nursing facility (Philadelphia, PA)!!!
*Salary: up to $85K per year (depending on experience)*
Responsibilities:
- Plans and directs a comprehensive social services program which provides support services for residents and families.
- Responsible for coordinating all admissions and discharges to ensure facility census is kept at its maximum capacity.
- Participates in an interdisciplinary team approach to better serve the needs of the facility population.
Requirements:
•Must have a LCSW
•Must have prior experience as a Director of Social Services in a nursing home setting
•Must have long term care/skilled nursing experience
•Must have proven leadership & management skills
•Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills
