Supportive Behavioral Resources, Inc. is an agency located in Northeast Philadelphia that provides services to adults with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism. SBR is looking for a motivated professional to lead a team of Direct Support Professionals to mentor and engage adults with Intellectual Disabilities and/or Autism in their communities.

Job Responsibilities

1. Supervises, trains, and mentors Direct Support Professionals 
2. Enhances the lives of individuals with IDD/A in the community through engagement, volunteer opportunities, and employment exploration
3. Attends Individual Support Plan meeting and works collaboratively with family and team members to create achievable outcomes
4. Serves as On-call on a rotational basis 

Job Requirements

• Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred in Human Services or related field
• 3 years experience working in the Human Services field
• 1 years of Supervisory Experience 
• Great knowledge of Philadelphia and resources that the city has to offer
• Proficient and Professional Writing and Communication Skills
• Use of web-based data systems, Excel, and Microsoft Suite
• Driver's License and reliable vehicle is a must
