TempExperts is seeking a Community Leasing Specialist to join a government organization located in Tampa, FL. This is a long-term temporary assignment, with potential for extended placement.
Job Overview:
The Community Leasing Specialist builds relationships with prospective and current residents and coordinates all phases of the leasing process: intakes, interviews, processing, preparation, and distribution of applications.
Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

• Coordinates all phases of the leasing process: intakes, interviews, processing, preparation, and distribution of applications.
• Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating, and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises.
• Provides polished and professional customer service.
• Prepares paperwork in relationship to leasing and supplemental documents.
• Fosters a positive, active, and collaborative relationship with residents, communities, and associated agencies.
• Enforces and adheres to company policies, rules, and regulations.
• Works patiently, professionally, and cooperatively with residents and staff to provide high quality customer service.
• Preserves and respects resident and applicant confidentiality.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1-2 years leasing experience.
• Competence with office management software such as: Yardi and OneSite is beneficial.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License.
