Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing Specialist. As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding and leasing properties. Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective tenants, ensuring their needs are met throughout the leasing process

- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters

- Assist with the application process, including collecting necessary documentation and conducting background checks

- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required legal administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner

- Maintain accurate records of rental inquiries, showings, and lease agreements

- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages

- Address tenant concerns or issues promptly and professionally

- Collaborate with property maintenance team to ensure properties are well-maintained and any necessary repairs are addressed in a timely manner

Skills:

- Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with prospective tenants

- Knowledge of property management principles and practices

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

- Sales experience is preferred

- Ability to maintain organized files and documentation
