Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Director to oversee the operations of our community. As the Community Director, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the community, including leasing, customer service, and property maintenance. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional service to our residents.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring that all activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures

- Manage the leasing process, including marketing efforts, conducting property tours, and processing lease applications

- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner

- Coordinate maintenance and repair requests, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely manner

- Implement customer relationship management strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and retention

- Monitor and enforce community rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable living environment

- Prepare monthly reports on occupancy rates, leasing activity, and resident satisfaction

- Collaborate with the corporate office on budgeting, financial reporting, and strategic planning

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field preferred

-Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred

- Previous experience in property management or related field required

- Strong knowledge of real estate administrative processes, including lease agreements and contracts

- Proficiency in using property management software (e.g., Yardi) and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with residents and resolve conflicts effectively

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team

- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations

- Valid driver's license
