The global customer engineering team is a pre sales organization that works with customers to differentiate, demonstrate, and prove the value of the company’s security products. The Customer Engineering Project Manager will be responsible for influencing selection, management and operationalizing the business intelligence, product demonstration, artifact repository and CE reporting systems. The Customer Engineering Project Manager will support a hierarchical global CE team reporting directly to the global GCS CE Managing Director and partner cross functionally with Sale Operations.

The GCS customer engineering team is operationalizing a business operations platform that helps customer engineers, customer engineering leadership and their business partners to enable better visibility into the productivity, impact and focus of the organization.

This position is 50% hybrid. Please expect partial work at home and partial onsite in Denver, CO.

Responsibilities

• Architecting and delivering hierarchical reporting for the global CE organization
• Partnering cross functionally to communicate, consolidate and instrument demonstration, proof of value, and workshop platforms
• Help to collect, index and archive business objects and create an anonymized repository for artifact reuse
• Project manage tools launch, integration and reporting including accountability and use
• Budget analysis and management for operational platforms and services
• Continuously exploring machine data and automation opportunities to lighten the administrative load of customer facing roles
• Build consistent, time bound, hierarchical dashboards for ICs to executive leadership

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of successful project management, tools deployment and operationalization experience
• Strong understanding of the technical sales process
• Proven cross functional communication skills
• Global experience and time management skills
• Advanced SFDC report creation, distribution and integration skills
