Hiring for a 100% remote Sales Enablement Specialist to work for a finance and accounting software company
Schedule : Monday - Friday 9am-5 : 30pm ET
Must have experience in sales enablement : empowering sales teams to grow in their skills and competence.
Job Duties :
Guide the development, delivery and training of onboarding, continuing education and other enablement content for our new Outbound Sales Enablement function
Build content and learning experiences to support and uplevel growing Outbound sales team
Support the identification of current skills and knowledge gaps in our sales teams
Create and facilitate skills trainings for sales
Facilitate and coach instructor-led workshops, micro-learnings, and / or other types of virtual sessions on a variety of topics as needed.
Gather insights, analyze data analytics as well as the practical application of learnings
Support metrics and objectives for enablement and make recommendations for increasing productivity
Support long-range planning, strategic processes, and execution of Global Enablement & Training team
Top 3 skills : (1) Facilitation (2) Sales training (3) Sales acumen
Qualifications :
Expertise in Outbound sales : prospecting, hunting, demoing and closing sales.
Expertise in sales enablement : empowering sales teams to grow in their skills and competence.
Ability to create content and learning experiences quickly
Experience in identifying and managing complex group dynamics and reacting real time to changes in content and / or process
Ability to think strategically in a complex environment
Strong written and oral communication and listening skills
