TEKsystems is Hiring an Office Manager Near Buffalo, NY
TEKsystems has partnered with a local HVAC company, looking to hire an office manager
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Pay invoices by verifying transaction information
- Customer scheduling
- Preparing disbursements, and obtaining authorization of payment
- Obtains revenue by verifying transaction information, computing charges, and refunds
- Preparing and mailing invoices.
- Dispatch technicians
- Inbound/outbound customer calls
Qualifications:
- 2 years of AP/AR Experience
- Experience with QuickBooks
