**Job Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills to oversee office operations effectively. **Responsibilities:** - Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness - Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure maximum productivity - Handle basic HR functions such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating payroll - Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipate needed supplies; place and expedite orders for supplies - Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies - Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments for executives - Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment - Assist in budgeting and expense tracking - Handle front desk duties including answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to inquiries **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in office management or similar role - Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office Suite - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures - Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively - Experience in file management and record keeping - Demonstrated expertise in schedule management and calendar organization This is a full-time position with competitive compensation.
