Description:

Will be responsible for the following responsibilities:

• Handling Employee Relations issues
• Participating in the organizational development using department resources
• Assisting with Change Management initiatives when necessary
• participating in mediation, problem solving and conflict management practices
• Staff Coaching and Mentoring
• Playing a vital role in employee training and development
• Employee Performance Improvement/Management
• Talent Acquisition responsibilities
• Participating and creating Employee Retention initiatives
• Workplace investigation when necessary

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

BVA:

• Experience working with Kronos
• In order to qualify for the HR Manager role, they will need to have management experience
• Bachelor's Degree in HR
