PAY : $21 / hour and $31.50 for OT
REQUIREMENTS : 1 year of Customer Service in Call Center or Office Setting
HIRING PROCESS : Hire off resume and test scores (NO CLIENT INTERVIEW)
JOB DESCRIPTION : This position is a customer service call center position with a Pharmacy Benefit Management company. 90% inbound calls and 10% outbound to follow up.
Representatives will be taking up to 80 calls a day from either Medicare Part D, Member or Physician / Phar
