Key Responsibilities:

Provides administrative support for staff and customers by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, answering and routing in-coming calls, which includes customer service calls. Responsibilities of the roles are highlighted below, but may include other items as the role develops:

• Provides customer service support for KW Specialty Group and assists with clerical needs.
• Responsible for answering and routing incoming calls (based on company script) to appropriate parties or taking messages.
• Actively takes incoming customer service/support calls for KW Specialty Group.
• Performs general office duties, such as maintaining records and management database systems. Accesses files and retrieves corporate documents, records, and reports.
• Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming customer service and/or claims correspondence. Prepares responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
• Prepares invoices, reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheets, database, or presentation software.
• Acts as the Operations Administrator’s backup as needed.
• Operates a variety of standard office machines, including personal computer with a variety of software, phone, fax, shredding and photo copying.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by the Operations Administrator or Claims Management department.
