As a Lube Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our customers' vehicles. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and more, adhering to Jiffy Lube standards
• Conduct thorough inspections and tests of vehicle systems and components, such as brakes, batteries, and lights
• Engage with customers, discussing their vehicle's maintenance needs, and providing recommendations for additional services when necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, strictly following safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling physical tasks such as lifting and prolonged periods of standing
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Eagerness to learn and advance within the automotive industry
• Previous experience in an automotive service environment is a plus, but not required
