*Description:*
(3-6 month contract) Customer Service representative will provide high level of customer service by inputting and ensuring correct processing of customer orders, returns, and repairs submitted via various input methods.
Process invoice orders and prepare/send paper and email invoices to customers.
Primary role:
Assists customers via phone, live chat, and e-commerce with questions regarding products, pricing, order details, and first-level technical assistance.
Assists with coordination of Shipping, Production, accounting, and Quality Control with level 1 and 2 CSR reps when needed.
Coordinate and process instrument repairs on behalf of customers. Follow processes in all business systems to track repairs until they are fully complete.
