Description:
An enterprise level company is seeking a Technical BA, to join the Global Information Technology Department in Nashville, TN. The Technical BA is responsible for partnering with Product Team(s) to document, resource, drive and deliver value add technology solutions to company products.
Responsibilities:
Support the vision of the Global IT/Digital Systems Production team, assist with product requirements, and translate requirements into user stories
Collaborate with the Product Manager on roadmap planning and prioritization
Closely communicate with internal/external teams to understand overall business situation and key topics of concern
Test business processes and recommend improvements
Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to understand business performance
Provide support to internal/external teams for any data, reports, or tools inquiry
Collaborate with the scrum team to resolve product-related problems and make decisions that represent the strategic goals of the Digital Systems team
Partner with the Product Manager and Scrum Master to resolve issues with the Business throughout the sprint
Work with Stakeholders, Developers, and cross functional team on Sprint Planning
Required Qualifications:
3 years as a Business Analyst
Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog refinement
Experience working with web-based enterprise applications
2 years experience with Jira/Confluence, Excel
Knowledge of basic SQL to run adhoc analysis
Knowledge of Agile software development life cycles
Bachelor's degree in computer, business or music related field
Nice to Have:
Develop powerful data visualizations and storytelling using Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI

Work Requirements:
Availability and flexibility to accommodate hours occasionally extending outside of regular schedule due to collaboration with coworkers in different time zones to support the UK and LA-based teams, as needed
Must be authorized to work in the United States
