Job Details
Our client is about to rollout of MS Authenticator and Prisma VPN to all US users. This is an authentication and VPN change for all US users, which will drive an increase in ServiceDesk calls. They are looking to bring in 4 technicians that can address those calls while their team focuses on their day-to-day operations.
Prior experience providing IT Support within an enterprise environment.
Experience utilizing an enterprise ticketing tool. (They use ServiceNow)
Experience troubleshooting VPN connectivity issues.
MFA experience. (Multifactor Authentication tools)
Mobile phone support (most users will be installing these on their phone, calls will be regarding related issues)
*TWO shifts: 730-430pm and 830-530*
