DESKTOP SUPPORT ANALYST - Houston, TX (Part-time)
Description:
Our TEKsystems client, an international cosmetics company, is looking for a desktop support analyst to work on part time basis for their Houston office. This person will be working Tuesday and Thursday, 9 am - 6 pm. They will be supporting 50-55 users with issues involving Mac OS, Windows 10, laptops, mobile devices, MS Office, conference rooms, Zoom, Jamf, Intune, Citrix, SCCM, and some audio-visual equipment. It is a 95% MAC OS based office so this person would need to be strong with MAC but also know Windows for the just in case scenarios.
Candidates must have solid troubleshooting skills with both hardware and software. Candidates must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Candidates need to have experience supporting both Macs and Windows.
