Our client located in Arlington, TX is currently seeking an IT Services Lead to add to their growing team on a full time basis!
Responsibilities:
• Resolve technical issues escalated by managed service provider (MSP) and internal stakeholders.
• Provide courteous, professional, white glove support and guidance to stakeholders across the organization.
• Manage vendor relationships (e.g. MSP, cloud-based VoIP solution provider, hardware, and printer servicing/support, SaaS providers).
• Manage workstation and peripherals procurement, inventory, and deployment across all corporate facilities.
• Assess all IT processes, recommend improvements, and implement approved changes while coordinated with other departments as necessary.
• Oversee and assist the IT-related aspects of user onboarding and offboarding.
• Manage IT equipment and services procurement and installation for new corporate facilities.
• Provide SaaS systems configuration administration assistance as needed.
Requirements and skills:
• Proven experience providing courteous, respectful, and professional services to stakeholders
• Proven experience in elevated IT support roles.
• Experience with system analysis, installation, and configuration.
• Experience with network and system administration.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Self-managing and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
