Job Summary:Responsible for leading a CORE centralized service delivery team focused on maximizing equipment uptime and center functionality resulting in business objective achievement. Department responsibilities included but are not limited to creation of a positive work environment, minimizing equipment downtime, maintaining positive vendor & center relationships, driving vendor service performance, vetting service providers, and establishing standardized service support across all US Radiology markets.Duties/Responsibilities:Leads and develops a diverse service delivery team that maximizes modality uptime and facility functionalityResponsible for department morale, performance and cross-department collaborative problem solvingServes operations stakeholders in a manner that promotes a positive company culture and drives overall company objective performanceAssesses and aligns department competencies & staff development with US Radiology business objectivesBuilds & aligns service delivery programs to support operations and commercial business objectivesDirects allocation and management of essential resources across the business & leads CORE centralized services to support US Radiology business objectivesMaintains and expands key vendor relationshipsCreates, deploys, and directs service strategies for internal team and external service partnersIdentifies and deploys best of breed vendors to standardize service to facilities and all modalities across US Radiology marketsMaintains files, databases, & systems to ensure accurate & easily accessible records Identify, create, and deploy ways to continuously improve development, implementation, and operation of new centralized service delivery programsSupports the effort to ensure consistency in the development, implementation and management of new centralized services and programs across USRSLeads, manages and/or consults with department teams & deployment plans at various levels of the organizationAccountable for partnering cross-functionally with business teams to ensure consistent, effective, and efficient center operationsDirects the creation of an analytics strategy for best-in-class modality and facility service delivery. Leverages existing & additional relevant technologies for reporting analytics that enable continuous process improvementDirects the development and design of continuous improvement strategies that support consistent center operations for stronger business results. Develops key performance metrics for department performance and team objective trackingManages department funding allocations and spend to align with budget and timeline expectations. Qualifications:Education/Licensing/Certification:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceExperience:Ten years of diagnostic imaging modality service delivery experienceFive years of leadership experience Knowledge and Skills:Deep knowledge of diagnostic imaging service delivery programsExcellent verbal & written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical skills to monitor progress of an undertaking and be able to identify areas needing adjustment or improvementWillingness to manage multiple tasks at once and adhere to guidelines, budgets and deadlinesAbility to prioritize tasks and excel in a fast paced & dynamic work environmentProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
