**Responsibilities**

Greets and interacts with guests in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner based on our company standard as outlined in the Whiskey Prime training manual.

Recognizes and acknowledges restaurant guests as soon as possible after they have been seated, following the service procedures as outlined in the Whiskey Prime handbook. Does not waiver or change service standards in any form without express permission from the supervisor or manager on duty.

Communicates in precise detail the menu offerings to our guests, learns and describes/recommends wines from our extensive wine list. Learns and describes/recommends whiskies from our extensive whisky list.

Makes recommendations for guests when ordering from the menu, must possess vast menu knowledge of our menus. Takes all food and beverage orders of our restaurant guests in an accurate and timely manner, delivered professionally, learns seat numbers and pivot points and does not auction off food at any time.

Serves and refills alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our restaurant guests, possesses vast knowledge of our wine and whiskey list and will be tested regularly on these menus.

Quietly removes empty beverage glasses and other dinning items from restaurant tables and dining room areas in a courteous and timely manner without disturbing the guests experience.

Must be aware of their surroundings and the guests perception of such, assists in maintaining that visual in order to give our guests the best experience possible.

Prebusses their tables and assists in thoroughly cleaning and correctly resetting of tables as needed on a regular daily basis.

Provides service of alcohol within the guidelines set forth by the MAST training program in a professional, timely manner, understanding the responsibility of over serving and or quietly and professionally cutting the guest off if necessary with the supervisor/manager assistance.

Ensures all work stations are stocked, neat, clean and sanitary. Keeps everything in its place accordingly without exception. (guest perception)

Completes all side work in a timely and satisfactory manner, without question. (guest experience)

Works days, nights, weekends, special events and holidays as needed.

Duties, responsibilities, requirements and expectations pertaining to this job are subject to change as needed.

Secure proper payment from guests, bringing any mistakes/errors in payment to the supervisor or manager on duty immediately.

Work nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Performs other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**

Exceptional guest service skills required.

Prior upscale, casual dining experience is necessary

Must possess vast wine and whiskey knowledge

Must be at least 21 years of age.

6 months to a year related work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be able to lift and carry a servers tray and dinner plates on a continuous basis.

**Certificates, Licenses, Regulations**

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class B gaming license from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency and Washington State.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Washington State Health Card (Food Worker Card).

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Washington State Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) Class 13 Servers Permit.

**Physical Demands and Work Environment**

Constantly requires the ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication. The position requires exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Requires repetitive movement daily with sedentary work, occasional bending and crouching. This is a 24 hour, 7 days a week work operation.
