We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Tulsa, OK location. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the administration of the front office and providing support to various departments as needed.

Job Responsibilities (include):

• Handle incoming calls and route them.
• Greet customers and vendors.
• Assist with documentation of new customers and vendors
• Assist with A/P
• Assist with Billing
• Keep inventory of uniforms
• Assist with Safety Files
• Assist with Fleet Management
• Collect and distribute mail
• Help keep the office organized
• Schedule Office Maintenance Request

Requirements:

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Two (2) years of office/administrative support experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• HS/GED diploma preferred
• Ability to multi-task, detail-oriented, and a team player.
• Experience working with a construction company is a plus.
• 1 year experience with AP/AR, invoice processing and reconciliation preferred
• Basic excel skills required (creating and managing spreadsheets, filtering, and sorting)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
